Rev. Ralph Donehoo, a rural Georgia Baptist minister, founded Roswell Seating Company in 1927. Brother Donehoo designed and built pews for two churches for which he pastored.
From those humble beginnings, the company has evolved into a multi-faceted source for all church furnishings – pews, pulpits, communion tables, chancel furnishings, steeples, baptistries, cupolas, stained glass windows, carpet and choir chairs.
The founder’s son, John Donehoo, carried on where his father left off, and built the company into one of the premier church furnishing manufacturers in the southern United States.
Today, some 70+ years later, the company is still going strong. Terry Barnes, a long time friend and business associate of John Donehoo’s, and Calvin Barnes, Terry’s son, are carrying the company forward into the 21st century.
We are proud of the company’s heritage and tradition of providing its customers good value at reasonable prices. Our long list of satisfied customers, numbering into the thousands, can attest to our steadfast dedication to insuring that our customers are 100% satisfied. |
